FAQ'S

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We believe that the church is supposed to be diverse in many areas including the way people dress. So you'll see people in suits and you'll see people in shorts. Come as you are and wear what you would like.

DO I NEED A BIBLE? WHAT TRANSLATION DO YOU USE?

Here at Bethel, we teach from the Bible, but you do not need to bring a Bible to attend. We teach from several different translations including NKJV, NASB, ESV & CSV.  But you can follow along pretty easily in most other translations. If you don't have a Bible, please take one from the table under the bulletin board. It is yours to keep.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?

At Bethel we have Kids programs that serve every age up through high-school.  Please check below to see what is offered during our services. If you are dropping your children off before the service, give yourself a few extra minutes to check them in properly with our staff.  We have a nursery available for infants up to the age of three during all services.

Sunday

9:00am Classes

- Classes are available for kids three years of age through 12th grade.

- There are usually at two adult classes going.  There we be handouts available to explain the different classes and people to help get you to them.

Wednesday

6:00pm

- Cross-Training Kids age 3 through 6th grade.

- Youth Group ages 7-12th.

WHAT IS YOUR MUSIC LIKE?

Our music is a blend of hymns and songs of gospel theology with singable melodies.  Most services consist of Piano, Keyboard, Violin & Guitar played with a traditional feel.

Music is an amazing and powerful gift from our Creator. Just think about it. When a familiar song pops on the radio or streams from your mobile device, you know what song it is within just a few notes.

Throughout the ages, humanity has understood the power of music, and Christians are no exception. In fact, Christianity has been using this truth to proclaim the gospel since the Resurrection!

WHAT ABOUT GIVING OR OFFERINGS?

Here at Bethel we don't want anything to be an obstacle from you attending or hearing about what Jesus has done so we have no expectation for our new guests to be giving any money. We have members and regular attenders who give on a regular basis.

If you would like to worship through giving, you can learn more about the different ways you can do so here.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT...?

We've published our doctrine statement here. The statement is quite long and uses "long christian words" so if you cannot find what your looking for or for any other reason else, please contact us. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.  We do not hide from our beliefs rather we want all our beliefs to be very accessible to all attenders.

WHO ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH?

The GARBC is an association of like-minded churches with whom we fellowship. When doctrinally sound, like-minded churches partner, they can make great strides in global evangelism. The GARBC provides churches with services and the ministry network they need to pursue the Great Commission.

ANYTHING ELSE?

We probably haven't answered everything, so if you have any other questions at all, please feel free to contact us.
