• Mid-Winter Singles Event
  February 26, This event will be held at Faith Baptist Church in Carroll. You will enjoy board games, basketball, dodgeball and volleyball. Supper will be served at 5:00 p.m. and the cost is $5.00.

• Men's Leadership Conference
  February 26, The conference will be held at Blair Ridge Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids. Please contact the church office for more information.

• Couples Seminar at Bethel
  February 17 to February 18, We will be enjoying a video series entitled "Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage" by Mark Gungor. The seminar will begin on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. Dessert will be served on Friday evening and refreshments on Saturday morning by our teens. The cost is $10 per couple.

• Carry-in Dinner
  February 12, There will be a carry-in dinner following the 10:00 a.m. service. The second service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Baby bottles with money for the Alpha Women's Center (a crisis pregnancy center) in Des Moines need to be returned by this day.

  12:30 p.m. Teens will be having lunch together at the church, and then they will be preparing refreshments for the Couples Seminar.
  5:00 p.m. Super Bowl SNAC at the Paige home. Teens, sign up for what snacks you will bring.
  5:00 p.m. Everyone else is invited to Pastor's home for a Super Bowl Party. Bring along snacks that can be shared.

• SNAC for Teens
  February 26, This month the Teen SNAC will be hosted by Doug S. Watch for more details to come.

• White Oak Estates Ministry
  February 26, 2:00 p.m. Plan to come along and minister to the dear saints at White Oak Estates with a brief worship service and time of singing. It is such a blessing to them.

• Mid-Winter Couples Retreat
  February 10 to February 11, Self-centered Marriage vs. God-centered Marriage is this year's theme. Speakers will be Nick & Venessa Ellen of Houston, Texas. The event will be held at the Stoney Creek Inn in Johnston, Iowa, on February 10 & 11. Cost is $35 if preregistered by January 23 or $40 after that date. Motel rooms will be discounted at $87.

• Attention Teens
  January 13 to January 14, Winter Meltdown at Iowa Regular Baptist Camp. Teens need to be ready to leave the church at 3:45 p.m. to arrive for registration from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Greg East from Faith Baptist Bible College will be the speaker. The retreat will end on Saturday at 4:15 p.m.

• Fifth Friday
  December 30, 7:00 p.m. There will be a Fifth Friday Family Fun Night. This event will be in lieu of a New Year's Eve gathering. Please watch for more details.
